In order to secure and maintain a safe environment for our students,
the Diocese of Orange has set a series of procedures in place that each
adult must comply with in order to volunteer at our school.
1. Volunteers and adults over 18 years old must be fingerprinted to
be allowed to work, chaperone, or visit when students are in school or
on fieldtrips. Fingerprinting must be done through Diocese of Orange
approved providers. Fingerprinting will carry over to any Diocesan
school or parish.
In order to complete fingerprinting, you must personally come to the
school office and bring your driver's license and social security
number. Completed forms are given to you to take to fingerprinting
provider. You must return a copy to the office after being
fingerprinted. Approval takes approximately 1-2 weeks. Information is
confidential. The school will only receive an approved or decline
2. Every volunteer must complete a Safe Environment Training online
course or course presented at different sites thoughout the year. Once
completed, print the certificate of completion and bring to the school
office. Safe Environment Training must be renewed every 3 years.
3. Suppliers/vendors must be approved through Compliance Depot through the Diocese of Orange.
